Procedure

Each client and each assignment is different. We examine your request, your wishes and look at your staff after which we will use/introduce the most effective HR tool.
We use proven HR tools, but when needed, we will develop tailor made solutions.

The starting point is always : clear information. We are interested in your organization and your staff members, investigate and based on the findings, we will go ahead.

To gain information we often use the following tools and processes

  • Brainstorm sessions; to generate new, old and even wild ideas
  • Clear request, clear answer
  • The workerscouncil, a valuable association.

We are interested in your organization, your needs, your problems and naturally in your employees.
We listen carefully to what your internal and external stakeholders are saying, thus we know what is going on in your organization.
